By LNG World News Arctic Discoverer in the port of Klaipeda (Image: Klaipedos Nafta)Lithuania, the largest of the three Baltic nations is to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Statoil’s Hammerfest terminal in Norway.
The 140,000-cbm LNG carrier Arctic Discoverer arrived on Monday in the port of Klaipeda, the home of the country’s first and only LNG import facility.
The Arctic Discoverer is visiting the port of Klaipeda for the third time and the vessel is symbolically closing the gas year (that runs from October 1, 2015 to September 30) of the LNG terminal, Klaipedos Nafta, the operator of the LNG facility said
