By Adnan Bajic Malaysian energy giant Petronas confirmed an incident occurred at its Sarawak LNG complex with one fatality and one injury.

The company said in its statement that the incident occurred at approximately 2 pm on August 31, 2020.
The incident occurred at the Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU) drain containment which is currently under maintenance, the statement reads.
Both contractors were sent immediately to the hospital where it was confirmed that one of the contractors had passed away while the injured contractor is currently receiving medical treatment.
