By NGV Global MoU inked to further efforts to facilitate uptake of LNG for the future
An MOU signed 2013 by representatives of the ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam, Singapore and Zeebrugge delivered an impetus to facilitate the supply of LNG as a marine fuel to the shipping trade. Jacksonville and Norway subsequently enlisted to create a foundation network. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has this week driven the expansion of representation in the network to include Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Ulsan Port Authority.
The goal is to develop the world’s first set of harmonised LNG
