By LNG World News Image courtesy of Galileo TechnologiesGalileo Technologies, in partnership with its newly certified distributor, Spatco Energy Solutions, commissioned its solution for Terra Energy in North Dakota’s Bakken shale, integrating flare gas capture and LNG production at the wellhead.
The solution includes Galileo’s gas conditioning plant and Cryoboc nano LNG station producing 7,800 to 8,500 gallons, or 12.3 to 13.2 tons of liquefied natural gas based on production output from the wells.
The LNG produced is stored on site while the boil-off gas is recovered and re-liquefied. LNG is then transported and consumed for drill-rig power generation and frac-water heating, Galileo said in its
