By LNG World News Image courtesy of EIC CryoEbara Corporation integrated the operation of its Ebara International Corporation’s cryodynamics division (EIC Cryo) based in, Nevada into Elliott Group based in Pennsylvania.
EIC Cryo manufactures cryogenic pumps and expanders for the liquefied gas industries, while Elliot is a supplier of refrigeration compressors for baseload LNG plants.
The strategic, inter-divisional realignment combines operations under Elliott Group, a unit of the Japanese Ebara Corporation.
“After careful review, we recognized the shared synergies in markets, product lines, and customer base,” said Tadashi Urata, CEO of Ebara International Corporation.
