Cheniere seeks permit to place Sabine Pass Train 4 in service

By LNG World News Image courtesy of CheniereThe US LNG export player, Cheniere, has filed a request to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to place Sabine Pass projects fourth liquefaction train in service.
The company noted in its filing with FERC that the commissioning demonstration tests (CDTs), confirming the facilities can be operated safely, have been completed.
Additionally, Cheniere noted the that the rehabilitation and restoration of the areas affected by Train 4 are proceeding satisfactorily and no environmental problem areas or non-compliances were identified by the Commission Staff during the August inspection.
With this submittal, Cheniere has filed all documentation required by FERC staff demonstrating
